Shipping policy

We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders will be shipped the same day or next business day after orders are placed. UPS 3 Day Select is defined as 3 business days for shipments if you order before 1 pm PST.  UPS 2Day Air is defined as 2 business days for shipments if you order before 1 pm PST. You will receive your lock before 3 pm next business day. UPS Next Day Air Saver is defined as 1 business day for shipments if you order before 1 pm PST. You will receive your lock before 3 pm next business day. All shipment will be insured. No orders placed on a weekend or a US Holiday will ship until the next available business day. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together.  We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 30 days. Please be sure you enter your correct email address on the order form. The shipping tracking number will be sent to the e-mail account provided at the time of checkout after shipping. Please input your shipping address to find shipping cost. We ship via US postal office only for oversea shipping.
